This Privacy Policy explains how Bilimeux, LLC ("P66 Rallye," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit p66rallye.com (the "Site"), purchase tickets or memberships, apply to drive, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site or providing us information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
The Site and the P66 Rallye event are operated by Bilimeux, LLC, a Washington State LLC.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing address, co-driver details, vehicle information, and the contents of any application, form, or message you send us. If you apply to drive or apply for Founder's Circle membership, we collect the information in that application.
Payment information. When you purchase a ticket, add-on, or membership, payment is processed by our third-party payment and ticketing providers Tixr / Stripe / other. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We may receive limited transaction details such as the last four digits of your card, billing ZIP, and confirmation of payment.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from event participation. If you attend the event, we may collect information related to your participation, including photographs, video, and audio recordings captured for our documentary series and promotional materials, as described in our Media Release.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information about your health, unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, medical information you choose to share for event safety). We do not sell sensitive personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Process and fulfill your ticket, add-on, and membership purchases
Review driver and membership applications
Communicate with you about your purchase, the event, schedules, and logistics
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
Send you marketing and event updates (you can opt out at any time)
Produce documentary, editorial, and promotional content about the event
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including our ticketing and payment processors Tixr / Stripe, email and marketing platforms, hosting provider Webflow, analytics providers, event production and logistics partners, and professional advisors. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Event and sponsorship partners. With your consent, or as reasonably necessary to deliver the experience you purchased, we may share limited information (such as your name and attendance) with event partners and sponsors, including Michelin. We do not share your contact information with sponsors for their own marketing unless you opt in.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of P66 Rallye, our participants, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner. For more detail, see our separate Cookie Policy.
We currently use: Webflow essential cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
6. Your Choices
Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your purchase or the event.
Cookies. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser. Some Site features may not function properly without them.
Access and updates. You can request to review or update the personal information you have provided by contacting us at joseph@p66rallye.com.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:
Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
Right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions
Right to correct inaccurate personal information
Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising cookies is considered "sharing" under California law, you may opt out by [[adjusting your cookie settings via our banner / emailing us]]. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request to joseph@p66rallye.com or Po box 1063, 1709 124th Ave NE, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization.
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, address, IP), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity (browsing on the Site), and, for attendees, visual/audio recordings. Business purposes for collection are described in Section 3. Categories disclosed to service providers are described in Section 4.
8. Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others as they take effect) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at joseph@p66rallye.com. We will respond as required by your state's law. Where a law provides an appeal process, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the event, maintain membership records (which for Founder's Circle members may be indefinite, given the lifetime nature of the membership), comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site and the event are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as our ticketing provider, sponsors, or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you.
