These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website p66rallye.com and your purchase of tickets, add-ons, and memberships for the P66 Rallye (the "Rallye"), operated by Bilimeux, LLC ("Bilimeux," "P66 Rallye," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us or participate in the Rallye. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements. Event participation may carry additional eligibility requirements (for example, a valid driver's license, insurance, and a roadworthy vehicle), described in the Ticket & Membership Terms.
2. The website and its content
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, photography, video, the P66 Rallye name and marks, and the overall design, is owned by Bilimeux or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the website for informational and purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the website to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit harmful code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the website's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
3. Purchases, pricing, and payment
Descriptions, inclusions, and prices are shown at the point of sale and may change until you complete a purchase. We make reasonable efforts to describe tickets, add-ons, and memberships accurately, but we do not warrant that every description is error-free. If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.
Payment is due in full at purchase unless a written payment plan is agreed. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms as well. You are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with your purchase except where we state otherwise.
Ticket tiers, add-ons, membership inclusions, and event details are described on our website and in the Ticket & Membership Terms. We reserve the right to substitute experiences, venues, hospitality, and programming of comparable value where necessary.
4. Refunds, transfers, and cancellations
Refund, transfer, and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Ticket & Membership Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. Please read them before purchasing. Founder's Circle memberships are personal and non-transferable, as described in those documents.
5. The event
The Rallye is a multi-day driving event across public roads and private venues, including optional track experiences. Participation involves inherent risks. Your participation is conditioned on signing our Participant Liability Waiver and, where applicable, our Media Release, and on following all event rules, marshal instructions, venue rules, and traffic laws.
We may modify the route, schedule, venues, programming, or participant list where reasonably necessary, including for safety, weather, permitting, venue availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We may remove any participant who behaves unsafely, unlawfully, or in a way that harms other participants, staff, partners, or the event, without refund.
You are responsible at all times for operating your vehicle lawfully and safely. Nothing about the Rallye authorizes unlawful driving, speeding on public roads, or unsafe conduct. The Rallye is not a race on public roads.
6. Media and publicity
The Rallye is filmed and photographed for promotional and documentary purposes. By attending, you acknowledge you may be recorded. Specific rights and permissions are governed by our Media Release. Where the Media Release requires your signature, that document controls.
7. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or for fraud.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilimeux and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and except as provided in the Participant Liability Waiver, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for that purchase.
Event-related physical-risk liability is addressed separately and more specifically in the Participant Liability Waiver, which participants must sign.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bilimeux and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your conduct at the event.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below where it applies, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington will have jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Dispute resolution. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not apply to claims that may be brought in small-claims court, and does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief. An arbitration and class-action-waiver clause must be drafted and reviewed by an attorney to be enforceable and to comply with the law of each participant's state; the language above is a placeholder.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
